Roofer in Christchurch
South of Ringwood towards the Dorset coast, Christchurch includes older town properties, suburban houses and bungalows. Exposure to coastal weather makes secure coverings, sound flashings and well-maintained guttering particularly important.
Roofing that suits your home.
We inspect the roof as a whole rather than assuming a visible damp patch tells the full story. We can advise on repairs, re-roofing, modern flat roofs and traditional tile or slate finishes suitable for the property. We also cover Highcliffe and Mudeford.

Discuss your roof
Recommended by homeowners.
“Modtra Roofing did an amazing job on a fibre cement slate roof for my garage build. Always on site prompt, worked to a very high standard and left the place tidy each day, highly recommended.”
“I have used this company a couple of times, they are always polite, prompt and reliable. Duncan is very obliging and professional. Brilliant job, would highly recommend.”
“In January in cold, slippery conditions, Duncan provided a professional roof fix on my flat, water had been coming in for a few weeks. He and his colleague spent a couple of days fixing a flat roof over the old one, making a run away for pooling water. A very good job indeed.”
