Ringwood is our home base, on the western edge of Hampshire beside the River Avon. From older town-centre homes and tile-hung bays to newer detached properties, roofs here need practical protection without losing their character.
A local team means you can speak directly with the people looking after your roof. We work on pitched and flat roofs, finding the cause of leaks and explaining whether a targeted repair or a fuller re-roof makes sense.
Modtra Roofing is a small team based in Ringwood, Hampshire. From your first call to completion, we focus on clear, accurate pricing, friendly service and careful workmanship. We repair rather than replace where possible.
“Modtra Roofing did an amazing job on a fibre cement slate roof for my garage build. Always on site prompt, worked to a very high standard and left the place tidy each day, highly recommended.”

“I have used this company a couple of times, they are always polite, prompt and reliable. Duncan is very obliging and professional. Brilliant job, would highly recommend.”

“In January in cold, slippery conditions, Duncan provided a professional roof fix on my flat, water had been coming in for a few weeks. He and his colleague spent a couple of days fixing a flat roof over the old one, making a run away for pooling water. A very good job indeed.”
