“Modtra Roofing did an amazing job on a fibre cement slate roof for my garage build. Always on site prompt, worked to a very high standard and left the place tidy each day, highly recommended.”
“I have used this company a couple of times, they are always polite, prompt and reliable. Duncan is very obliging and professional. Brilliant job, would highly recommend.”
“In January in cold, slippery conditions, Duncan provided a professional roof fix on my flat, water had been coming in for a few weeks. He and his colleague spent a couple of days fixing a flat roof over the old one, making a run away for pooling water. A very good job indeed.”
“I used Modtra Roofing to inspect a suspected leak from my chimney breast into the loft space. They showed me what the problem was and were able to fix quickly and efficiently at a really reasonable price. Looking to use again in the future for an extension.”
“Duncan and his team have just finished replacing my house and garage roof, cladded the dormer and replaced the soffits and Fascias. They have been professional, tidy and hardworking and the finish is excellent. Communication has been great and they've gone out of their way to help with additional jobs along the way. I would highly recommend. Thank you for your hard work.”
