Roofer in Poole
Poole is a large Dorset town with housing from every era: 1930s semis with hipped tiled roofs, post-war homes, modern builds and properties close to the harbour and seafront.
Roofing that suits your home.
Wind-driven rain and salt air can loosen ridge and verge details and wear out roofline faster than inland. We check bedding, fixings and flashings rather than just patching a visible leak. Flat-roofed garages, porches and extensions are common across the town, and many homes are due for new uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering, which we can replace alongside roof repairs.
Modtra Roofing is a small team based in Ringwood, Hampshire. From your first call to completion, we focus on clear, accurate pricing, friendly service and careful workmanship. We repair rather than replace where possible.

“Modtra Roofing did an amazing job on a fibre cement slate roof for my garage build. Always on site prompt, worked to a very high standard and left the place tidy each day, highly recommended.”
“I have used this company a couple of times, they are always polite, prompt and reliable. Duncan is very obliging and professional. Brilliant job, would highly recommend.”
“In January in cold, slippery conditions, Duncan provided a professional roof fix on my flat, water had been coming in for a few weeks. He and his colleague spent a couple of days fixing a flat roof over the old one, making a run away for pooling water. A very good job indeed.”
